The general precautions
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unhook a negative lead from the battery.
2. Turn out spark plugs for the purpose of simplification cold cranking the engine.
3. If the return is not stipulated especially, turn the engine in a normal direction.
4. Familiarise with the requirements shown to efforts of a tightening of threaded connections.
5. At a corresponding complete set mark gauge position before its removal.
6. Do not turn a bent shaft by means of driving camshaft sprockets or devices.
7. Do not turn cranked and distributive shaft at the removed chain of drive gear GDМ.
Procedures of installation of phases of a gas distribution
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Result the bucket of the first cylinder [1] in position 40 ° after top bucket.
2. Make sure of correctness of combination of parallel flutes of both cam shafts with a cut of a head of cylinders [2].
3. Establish on cam shafts blocking adaptations [3].
4. On engines 112 check up correctness of an arrangement of timing marks of a balancing shaft [4].
5. Before to start performance of repair procedures, remove assembly chain tensioner[5].
At installation of the bucket of the first cylinder in position 40 ° after top bucket cam shafts can be turned without risk of contact piece of valves with the bottoms of buckets.
6. At assembly result the bucket of the first cylinder in position 40 ° after top bucket and achieve combination coppered chain links with: * Timing marks of sprockets of both cam shafts [6];
* For engines 112: with a timing mark on a sprocket of a balancing shaft [7]; * With a tab and a timing mark of a bent shaft [8]. On termination of installation combination coppered chain links should occur on each fourteenth turn.
Replacement gas-distribution chains
PERFORMANCE ORDER
Prepare necessary materials and spare parts.1. Remove assembly of a shaft of rocker actuators of the right cam shaft in gathering with covers of bearings.
2. Not tightening fixture, establish a cover of fixing of a cam shaft [9] (the special tool № 112589054000).
3. Establish adaptations for chain fixing on sprockets of cam shafts (the special tool № 112589044000).
4. By means of adaptations from resulted above the list connect a new chain to old on the right number of cylinders, - for chain putting on on sprockets turn a bent shaft. Bolts of fastening of assemblies of shafts of rocker actuators (М7х84 mm) are not subject to a reuse and should be replaced on new spare parts. Removal of a balancing shaft on engines 112 is made in a following order: * Pass a suitable blocking rod in a balance weight on a tail journal of a shaft [11]; * Turn out a fastening bolt and remove a balance weight; *
From the front party take a balancing shaft; * In the course of assembly do not forget to grease the central bolt of a crankshaft pulley. Do not block a flywheel/privodnoj a disk at removal/installation of a bolt of a crankshaft pulley.
